  • Whiteout mountains are overriding the blue sky.
  • Paddy terrace fields,Rhododendron and pine forest are backing the nomadic.
  • Hideous high cliff and snowy mountains is quizzical.
  • Relatively, unruffled and naturally festooned province.
  • Glacial lakes and high peaks evoke the nomadic.

Morimoto Base Camp is a narrow valley located in south of the Tibetan border in the Langtang Valley. It’s occupied by Tibetans and Tamang, who share a similar religion, language and clothing method. Here, mountains raise soaring towards the sky.

The landscapes we cross are extremely varied; rice- terraces, massive rhododendron, pine forest and in the highest parts, a rock and shrub wilderness with the charming backdrop of snow capped peaks.

The combine trek (Langtang, Gosaikunda and Helambu) treks offer the great diversity in both nature and culture. It is relatively not crowded area. The Langtang valley trekking up to Kyanjin Gompa is inhabited by Tamang whose religious practices, language and dress are much more to those of Tibetans and we trek to the glacier at the foot of Langtang Peak. Though there are now many commercial lodges in Langtang village, in another section you can observe the distinct life style of the original inhabitants in Langtang village that might be interesting for you I think. Heading up to Langshisa Kharka to Morimoto Base Camp Trekking the Upper Langtang valley offers you wonderful views of moraine of Langtang Ri, Tilman Col, Langshisa Ri.

The valley is still unspoilt, only a few people walk up to Kyangjin Gompa and completes their trek, but when you reach to Upper Langtang Valley trek, anyone can realize that the real Langtang trek is there. Crossing over Ganja-La Pass and trekking in Helambu Part is different rewards.
