Tough but Rewarding Climb

It was my first time on glacier ice, and the climb to Mera felt both challenging and incredibly rewarding. The guides walked us through rope-techniques, use of ice-axe, crampons, and the early-morning ascent at altitude pushed me harder than ever. Yet the care they took with acclimatization and safety meant I never felt unsafe. Reaching the summit with that panoramic view was one of the proudest moments of my life.
