Skyline Treks offers Gangapurna Base Camp Trekking starts from Chame via Besisahar in the Valley of the Marsyangdi River. The trail leads you through vastly contrasting flora & fauna towards the majestic peak of Mt. Manaslu and Lamjung Himal. A major intersection of the trail meets at Dharapani while trekking through Larkya La.
The Massif of Manang valley is really rich in unique culture and landscapes infact the Annapurna and Damodar peaks dominate the valley. A technical section takes you to a place from where you can catch the entire panorama of the Annapurna Himalaya Range.
Gangapurna Base Camp Trekking Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuban International Airport (T.I.A) and pick up by our private vehicle and transfer to the Hotel.
Day 02: Full day guided sightseeing in Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Patan Durbar Square. (B)
Day 03: Kathmandu – Besi Sahar (823m) and continue drive to Chame (2615) 5½ hrs (B, L, D)
Day 04: Commence trek from Chame – Pisang (3133m) 6 hrs (B, L, D)
Day 05: Pisang trek – Manang (3500m) 5 ½ hrs (B, L, D)
Day 06: Rest day for acclimatization. Teahouse Lodge 5½ hrs (B, L, D)
Day 07: Manang trek – Gangapurna Base Camp (4600m). 5½ hrs (B, L, D)
Day 08: Gangapurna Base Camp to Manang (3500m) 5½ hrs (B, L, D)
Day 09: Manang trek – Pisang (3133m) 5½ hrs (B, L, D)
Day 10: Pisang trek – Chame (2615) 5½ hrs (B, L, D)
Day 11: Chame drive to Besisahar and continue drive to Kathmandu. And rest of the time for shopping (B, L)
Day 12: Drive to Airport by our private vehicle for your own destination (B)
