The trek starts off from the shell of Drugyal Dzong, following a river at 2500 meters to an altitude of 4820 meters at Yalila Pass.

The Jhomolhari Trekking is consider as Bhutan’s most spectacular trek and it offers fabulous views of the 7314m JHOMOLHARI, JECHU DARKEY (6989m) and TSHERIM GANG (6789m).

The Jhomolhari Trek passes through spread hamlets and farmland into a deep and richly forested valley, which leads to a high alpine pastureland where yak herders scrape their animals.

The Jhomolhari Trek offers a sampling of the diverse variety of the Bhutanese landscape. The best seasons to roam around are April to June and September to November.

The day rest at Linghi takes you on an excursion to Tsokha, the base camp of Mount Jichu Drake.
