Saribung expedition (6328m) was only opened for mountaineers in 2006, offering a difficult and remote off the beaten track. Placed in remote parts of Mustang region of Damodar Himal, very close to the border of Tibet. Since, the expedition has been opened very recently Saribung peak climbing has not been attempted a lot of times, but has been gaining a lot of popularity recently due to its altitude variation and remote traverses.
Eventhough the expedition doesn’t require much of a technical climbing, it still is quite challenging due to altitude variation and remote areas. Before setting you up for an expedition to Saribung, it’s important for us to gain a full understanding of your body’s response to altitude and help you gain experience with Himalayan conditions. That’s why we highly recommend you to join our preparatory programs of mountaineering, which is conducted in other mountains a bit easier to attempt.

Day 01: Fly or, drive from Kathmandu – Pokhara then transfer to Hotel. (B)
Day 02: 20 minutes flight from Pokhara – Jomsom, and then commence trek to Kagbeni 2720m. O/N Lodge/Camp (B, L, D)
