High Pass, Big Reward

The Kang La Pass was the highlight (and biggest challenge) of this trek — climbing up to over 5,300 m was physically demanding, but the panorama from the top was mind-blowing. From there, descending into Manang offered grand Himalayan views that felt earned. The Nar-Phu route is less traveled, so we rarely saw other trekkers, which made the sense of adventure even stronger. Skyline Treks’ guides paced us carefully, making sure altitude didn’t overwhelm the experience.
