Island Peak Climbing
Island Peak was my first real mountaineering experience, and it exceeded all expectations. The views from the summit were absolutely breathtaking, with Everest and Lhotse visible in the distance. The climb was challenging, especially the ice and rock sections, but the sense of achievement at the top made it all worthwhile.
