Best of Everest — Lakes, Glaciers & Base Camp

The Gokyo Lake with Everest Base Camp trek with Skyline Treks was absolutely spectacular. Starting through lush Sherpa villages and forests, then walking to the turquoise Gokyo Lakes, standing at Gokyo Ri at sunrise, and finally continuing to Everest Base Camp — every day was breathtaking. The views of Everest, Cho Oyu, Makalu and the Ngozumpa Glacier were stunning and unlike any trek I’ve done before. The guides paced the group perfectly and kept everyone safe and informed. Truly a Himalayan adventure of a lifetime.
