Chekigo Peak (6257m) was got the authorization for expedition just on 2002. This recently opened mountaineering peak remained unheard to many adventure lovers till it was officially opened by Government of Nepal. Even today, hardly any climbers prefer the peak climbing. The stunning summit is situated in the Gaurishankar peak region in a wild locale of Khumbu Valley, near to Mt. Everest. There are a lot of diverse possible routes to reach at top the peak. And the peak is set in the wilderness of the Rolwaling Valley and combines with going across the Tashi Labsta and bestows an exceptional Himalayan climbing experience. This area is at an easy entrance from Kathmandu which is connected by road. Itinerary
Arrival at Kathmandu
Meeting upon arrival at Kathmandu International airport by our representative, transfer to Hotel. As soon as you arrive, you will be welcomed by our representative of Skyline Treks at Kathmandu International Airport but reassure about our representative with a display board at the arrival gate. You will be then taken to the hotel where you can either relax in the afternoon or hang around. You will have a dinner in a traditional Nepalese restaurant where we take pleasure in a Nepalese cultural program as well. We will be staying in a hotel for overnight.

- Equipment allowance (Legally each expedition must provide an equipment allowance for all Sherpa guides and porters. This allowance is necessary for brand new equipment (sleeping bag, shoes, crampons, down jacket, raincoat etc.). Because this expedition is not a high altitude expedition we will negotiate with the guides and porters to obtain an acceptable agreement for this allowance. Nevertheless the contribution of each participant will be around US$ 170.00
