Everest Base Camp and Island Peak Climbing
The trek to Island Peak base camp was beautiful, passing through Sherpa villages and following part of the Everest Base Camp trail. The climb itself was thrilling. The headwall near the summit was tough, but reaching the top and seeing the Himalayas all around me was unforgettable.
